We mainly undertake welding work for the driver's cab of heavy construction machinery.
There are a few Japanese employees, but most of the staff are of foreign nationality.
In many cases, foreigners, who have a high retention rate in the workplace, work as contract employees, and we undertake a wide range of processes.

Dispatch business

We mainly dispatch foreign nationals to work on-site in the fields of sheet metal processing, assembly, painting, and bending.
We provide a full range of support for foreign nationals, including preparations for hiring them as temporary workers, support for daily life, and procedures for renewing their residence status.

Employment of foreigners

We fully support the recruitment and dispatch of foreign nationals!
We introduce people with various residence statuses, such as "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International", "Permanent Resident", and "Long-Term Resident".
We support the employment of foreigners, from recruitment and joining procedures to preparing employee dormitories.

Interview with staff

We introduce the personnel that companies are looking to hire and conduct interviews for employment.
The interview will be conducted by a minimum of three people: the temporary employee, a person from our company, and a person from the company.

Joining the Company

We will prepare the necessary documents for the temporary employee to join the company, such as their personal information and contract.

Employee dormitory provided

We have an apartment under contract with our company.
We also assist temporary workers with moving.

Support for renewal of status of residence

We will take care of all the difficult tasks involved in hiring foreign nationals, such as managing the expiration date of residence cards and preparing paperwork related to procedures.
